glennymo, Luck for sure will play a big part in the juries decision. Captain Bob afforded this which I thought was realistic.

"I concur with Technical's?? assessment of the jury but regardless of how intelligent these folks appear I think the technology in this trial is way, way too complex for six lay people to grasp. It is way too complex for me and I have been invested in IDCC since before the first big run up (1999-2000??) and have read this and previous boards regularly. I may not be the brightest bulb but somehow I managed to get a degree in chemistry so I don't think I am the dimmest bulb either. My guess is whatever decision the jury makes will be based more on who comes across as honest and believable and less on the evidence."

Considering he has a degree in chemistry and the technology was complex for him as well as the jurors I have one thought.

Hopefully these jurors have been exposed to the media or news over the past 5 years who have been exposing how the Chinese have been ripping off USA products or inventions. If just a little bit of that sticks in the jurors minds that might help our cause?
