R/S Today or Soon, No Way

Buy back, buy back, and buy back some more. Still not sure how they will be able to get the pps up to a couple bucks without a reverse split of any type, I'll simply trust you on that.
As you said, any kind of move to NASDAQ is at least 2 years and about 2 months away, slightly modified from three calendar years, provided they can some how pull a rabbit out of the hat and show a substantial profit this year.
I also believe that Citbank was in the middle of some other difficulties at the same time as they were trying to recover from the R/S.
