Pick. You better be careful with your charges. It is a very serious offence when stating what you stated in the post. If you believe THJMW felt this way, then why did she constantly deny debtors POR's that would have cancelled all equitable securities in WMI? Why would she mutter "10 Billion" from the bench? Why would she let a shareholder (Nate) speak for 8 minutes? Why would she allow a speculative insider trading discovery (on the estate's dime) and rule SNH's were "colored" on the charge?

She forced the party's to mediate and saved all equitable holders. That is what The word "Honorable" means. She was not the inept and potentially (insert word here) judge in the K-Mart case.

You have shares in WMIH because of this Judge. So you need to check your attitude at the door and watch what you post on social media. Just saying.
