I believe that the Memphis facility is around 35,000 to 50,000 sq ft, and at one point LP said in an interview that the lease cost per month is less than the electricity bill was at a prior California facility. So apparently this Memphis facility is not owned by NWBO? But she also mentioned that "we" bought the facility from Cell Genesys (for cents on the dollar) .... so was she referring to Toucan or Cognate having bought the building? Don't know.
I believe that NWBO has some manufacturing capability at Kings College in the UK.
I believe that NWBO also has manufacturing capacity at Fraunhofer facility in Leipzig, Germany.
I seem to remember reading something in a recent 10Q that NWBO had a contract to purchase a new facility somewhere else in Germany, and had already even wire transferred some funds for the closing of the purchase, but that somehow the closing of that transaction did not go through as scheduled. I am a bit fuzzy on the details, and I have no idea if that transaction could be put back on track or if NWBO is looking to purchase another facility.
