A mistake on the financials? If there is mistake on the financials, then USEI has to provide updated financials.

I really do not understand how folks can selectively choose to ignore apparent fraud because they love their investment so much.

Remember, USEI management will make money as the company sells shares to the public. It's the shareholders, like you, who are getting screwed.
