In the case of Kmart that was the original bondholders

HERE - due to the SUSSMAN work and the dude from Brookly (Jersey?) - Nate - we own NEWCO

So any such event - even if .000001% probable would drive any such found money to newco

as once the LT is done (whatever that means and whenever it happens) --- there is NO other place to claim it

Can JPM or WMB bondholders fight us - sure --- but NO ONE can claim it and put it in their pocket

The first pocket - in that construct is WMIH - and as we learned of 100 years on WaMu possession is 99% of winning
