Bob, two things and that is there cannot be an ownership change and the hedge funds still have to worry about those pesky insider trading charges where they were basically labeled guilty by the Delaware bankruptcy court and can be taken to regular court if they try sand pull anything. I say we are GOLDEN IMHO!!!
