Serious adverse reactions affecting less than 5% of those treated isn't bad at all, and if this therapy shows strong effect it will actually be touted as a highly safe, efficacious combination therapy. Who would avoid such a combo tx if it is shown to increase survival times appreciably? Next to no one.

Also check the dosage of that chemo: is it less in the combo trial than in the studies where that side effect profile was seen?

Lastly, what are the side effects of Pidilizumab, which is the main component of the combo therapy?

Taken together it looks quite safe. You can't have it all, as they say.

I'd offer you advice, but I just don't care about your money, unless you give me money to care about your money. I might even be tricking you with the above post...
