At no time has the CEO ever made this statement. It is pure fiction.

Please provide us with proof that this statement exists!

There are less than 40 million shares outstanding. Obviously that type of dilution would be very concerning. However, there is a significant difference between stating something as a fact and PURE FABRICATION.
