One Step at a Time

Once SVMI is current they will move from OTC Pink to OTCQB.

Getting current and demonstrating a positive revenue stream, due to the cost involved in getting current, the two could be intimately related, should be SVMI's next concern.

Once a sustainable annual positive revenue stream can be demonstrated, and demonstrated in significant numbers, tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars, it would only make sense that SVMI would take the necessary steps to move off from OTC Markets and on to a more prestigious exchange.

When the timing is right, SVMI should restructure the stock structure, which would more than likely include a reverse split, to facilitate a move.

A reverse split at the right time for the right reasons, such as moving to a different exchange which would open up SVMI to a whole new set of investors, such as those that do not trade OTC, or those that only trade stocks with higher pps's, etc. will be a good thing for any SVMI shareholder.

The real questions that should be asked if/when the share structure is changed with or without a reverse split should be, what are the reasons SVMI is doing it? Are they doing it because they are having financial difficulties, or that they do not have a marketable product(s), or that they have no contracts? Obviously, those or similar reasons would be negative and have a negative affect on pps. Are they doing it because they have a marketable product(s), they have tens if not hundreds of millions in annual revenue, or they have in hand significant contracts, or they have all three just shown and they are doing it to move SVMI to a different exchange?

My point is, right time, right place, I would welcome a restructuring of the stock structure that would more than likely include a reverse split. The only references I can find about a reverse split at this point in time have been made by posters. Not SVMI.

If/when SVMI tells us they are taking the necessary steps to move to another exchange, they have said many times in the past they do intend to do that, if that includes a reverse split, I for one will not be surprised or alarmed.

Will there be a temporary retraction in value, possibly. Will there be a rebound, more than likely.

Folks, SVMI just gave us an 8k, confirming what they told us was coming via a prior letter of intent, indicating a minimum revenue stream over the next five years of over $700,000,000. I for one am excited to see how this plays out over the next several months (when DV's ship and money comes in). I have always believed that once that first big door gets opened, it will be much easier to open the next big, medium or small door. They have talked in the past about many other possibilities, will others take note of FlyingGlob and step up? Time will tell. Take a few minutes to review what SVMI has told us they are working on. At this point in time with FlyingGlob a go, how long before they have contracts in hand showing possible a revenue stream in excess of $1,000,000,000 over the next five years?
