I don't know what people are missing here, but look; GTAT went into BK-CH-11 voluntarily. WHY ? So they could get rid of that terrible deal they had with Apple that was driving them into the hole. That has now been removed. Over 500M debt- FORGIVEN. Poof-Gone !
GTAT will come out of BK smelling like a rose, and continue their stellar business selling Sapphire glass to others, their solar panel tech is state-of-the-art. As is the new Flex wafer company they acquired in July.
GTAT were making profit UNTIL, the Apple deal.
GTAT will continue to make profit when the BK is dismissed.
Everyone wants GTAT to go back to their viable business. Including the Judge.

However, if you listen to some serial posters of 'visions of Doom', then you will miss out on a great opportunity that only comes up rarely. However, it does take diligent DD, and a willingness to take a calculated risk. Which after all is considered, especially now after the great Apple separation deal - GTAT will not have a 'Q' behind them for long. That's why someone just bought 725,000 shares, sounds like a winner to me.
Soon the- - KA-BOOM !
