We had visitor from Finland show up who used to work at Nokia. He was an expert witness for ZTE. He was a nice guy and I only got to see the cross examination. I felt a little sorry for the guy because I don't think he knew why he was there.

ZTE put on an expert witness who had a PhD from Georgia Tech. He had credentials out the wazoo and spoke to the jury very nicely. I am looking forward to Max doing a cross examination tomorrow. Judge Andrews took the 151 patent out of the trial because he thought he got the claim constructions wrong. That means there will be another trial later just for the 151.

Nobody has any idea what anybody is talking about at this trial.
