Everything Technical & Captain stated are correct! So far not that impressed by ZTE attorneys come off as arrogant and bullies! ZTE attorney today went off the rails when he could get our expert witness to state what he wanted him to! He was snickering out loud and laughing he finally made one comment too many Judge had it stricken from the record gave jury instruction! Another heavily accented Idcc expert witness ( sounded like Dracula)testified about the 244 patent!This patent covers cdma2000 & wdcma phones. Used video testimony by a ZTE engineer which seemed to collaborate few points! Big part of our expert witness testimony was around logical and physical connections of the patent, protocol stacks and layers!Some of our witness testimony about this varied from a earlier deposition and his courtroom testimony. That was explained away as " Someone skilled in the art" new what I meant! Testimony revolved around the meaning of LOGICAL CONNECTION which needs 2 layers, PDP CONTEXT involved! ZTE states 1 layer involved no infringement there fore! If I'm not mistaking this was about switching from cellular to wifi! Now ZTE Speaking on Juwanda patent issued in 1998 with prior art which renders 244 invalid!
