Yeah. I don't know exactly how they do it, but i had the same issue. Yesterday i just cancelled and hit 13's at around 2est time and literally instantly 12s went crazy. I feel there is fewer retail volume than mm right now imo. I do hope you (and other retailers after 12s) get em! GL!
