Oh, good grief! The reason for forensic accountants is that they have the expertise to show exactly where and why things are wrong ... and their testimony will be considered as expert testimony.

No one is trying to scare MW/RW and SonnyBoy Shill at all. There is no reason to scare them. The only reason to scare them would be to motivate them to settle. But, they don't have anything (money) with which to settle . If that were not so, share holders, as has been boasted about on this board, would not have to come to their (MW, et al) financial aid. Consequently, Energy Supreme must go the long route, via the courts, and obtain judgments and hopefully collect somewhere down the line. Most likely, SonnyBoy Shill will bare the brunt of the judgment because he has money and a viable business.
