Ghors, I was very pleased to have met you and I know that you have a very agile brain , so I will be looking forward to reading your thoughts about Nokia's appeal of the arbitration.
However, I am going to take the same position ,legally, that I took as to Judge's Lynn's opinion. Nokia has no basis for an appeal! Nokia is only buying time hoping that something will happen that will make it worthwhile to keep litigating.Hopefully soon there will be a court that will state enough is enough and sanction Nokia for filing an appeal without any real legal basis except the law allows them to do so!tucker
