The NASDAQ and NYSE disallows listing of companies on their exchanges with anti dilution features. While FINRA has not had an issue with derivatives with imbedded features that are non-dilutive, this particular issuer is strange on how they designed the anti dilution stock, and FINRA may not understand it and may have it hung up looking for clarification.
Also, the way it was written looks so egregious, they might reject it altogether.
