Although that is a good point, I believe it will be moot over the next several months as LTNC starts to show net income.

However, the single biggest problem this company has had as a public entity is a severely low market cap. The increase of shares into the market should have a positive impact on the company's market cap on a going forward basis as the stock rebounds from its 52 week low.
