All excitement disappeared within a week for the most solid PR of $709 MM contract. The share movement behavior is not comparable with even last good news of Dubai contract with Dynogreen which was way smaller than the Chinese contract.
This is the funny thing about this company. First everyone waited for the big contract and now big contract in hand then everyone says wants to see the actual money flowing in the company by executing this contract.
When we had Dubai news came out, we went to $0.009 and this news could not reach even $0.009. That is strange and surprise.
Ohh well! this is not in anyone's control but one thing is sure that none of the solid news can move this share substantially compared to any penny stock or pinky or small cap or large cap.
