Jmo, but don't get too hung up on that regarding the run-on sentences. I am a grammar and spelling stickler too, but I'm curious about that auditor vote too. Let's be honest, though, if there were those types of shenanigans, the proposal 2 would have passed. The rest of it is a little puzzling, though, I agree, but that's my lack of knowledge of proxy voting too. Fact is, I was wrong about the reason for proposal 2, but it did not pass is correct. Someone much smarter than me has the real reason and it's not a big mystery, but I'm also not going to steal his knowledge and post it as mine. Besides, the key issue is that it did not pass and you can presume pretty accurately that Visser's votes were one of the reasons.
