While I would like all of them to happen, the following are my feelings:

A ZTE settlement will NOT occur since they have gone this far into the game, UNLESS IDCC agrees to the lowest possible rates for licensing.

An other license agreement will not be any 'significant
company' until the big 5 (Microsoft, Nokia, LG, Huawei, and ZTE) are resolved in favor of Interdigital

A nice cash dividend will not occur; management is too greedy to let the money go out the door unless there is extreme pressure AND some "MAJOR" license agreement is signed and a significant amount of cash is received.

Armina arb appeal will drag on for some time, like evrything else.

An exceptionally positive conference call will not happen UNLESS there is real positive news from the Deleware trial or resolution of any other matter. WM will still continue to say his usual '...I never felt as good as I do right now ....'. The street will find a way to dispel any positive results for the quarter.

A spike in share price is always possible, especially from the hype of a trial and those who hang on in hopes for a settlement during the trial.

It's like the Chicago Cubs slogan 'WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR' !
