Who would have that info? The mold manufacturer?

By all means, a mold manufacturer would have all kinds of information, say, the mold life for zinc castings, aluminum castings, bronze, etc. But since injection molding of liquidmetal formulations is so new, I doubt that there would be any sure estimates of life for a mold, except, perhaps, from previous experience of the molds made for the DIE CASTING of liquidmetal; i.e. some extrapolation from previous LQMT experience. As you know, Liquidmetal made their own molds in Korea, at one time.

Was there any estimate of the average cost of each mold?

The cost estimate for each mold was not discussed, to my recollection. However, depending upon the complexity of the part being made as well as the size, a mold could range from 60K to 150K or more. Someone else may have a better grasp of the costs than I.

Did you actually see a mold that was made?

Yes, the mold was, of course, attached to the machine which was spitting out the parts during the demonstration. While I could only eyeball it, I would say it had diminsions of 15 x 15 x15 overall. Again, someone else may have observed it closer than I and they should chime in. And my dimensions could be off.
