Her response is very detailed and thorough, pointing out

1) " Your response does not present any new scientific or clinical information "
2) Your petition does not contain any data to suggest Lovaza increases risk for a serious outcome "
3)You have not presented any information in your request supporting a claim that you will suffer injury if your request for a stay is not granted

And so on .

This is IMHO not a simple form letter ...saying your request is denied .
Its a very detailed response , referencing multiple support documents and obviously reviewed by her Legal Dept

It was also picked up on Twitter . I dont know if that is usual ..or simply the FDA wanting more then you to get the message.

Frankly , I dont see how your efforts help Amarin
