I don't think one can look at market cap for value in the OTC market. Additionally, who is to say what the value of NBRI claims. There is no reserves not a feasibility report. So it is anyone's guess.

Until a buyer comes along and establishes value ala Ximen, everything else is conjecture to use your term.

Then we can always discuss value from a fair market, orderly or forced liquidation.

Regardless, the steep decline is really market sentiment regarding the future direction of the share price. That and supply vs demand is which there has been and will continue to be more supply than demand.
