I have no significant disagreement with your points 1,2,3 while the remaining points are more conjecture.... however, it overlooks a number of things as well; and careful evaluation of some of those things could provide significant market incentive to increase the price and/or PARTNER and/or BUY-OUT incentive even for some of the assets.

For example, CONSIDER and determine WHY the market cap on NBRI is lower now while their list of assets are greater and they've accomplished a lot of development work:

NBRI 10-K fiscal year ended December 31, 2010
.. 83,975,748 shares issued as of March 15, 2011
.. pps at time of 10-K release ranged 0.04 to 0.05
THAT WAS a Market Cap of $3.36 MILLION to $4.2 MILLION

Today about 330 Million shares issued
pps today 0.0008
THAT IS a Market Cap of $264,000

Is it reasonable that NBRI is only worth $264,000 today?

I think it is worth much more.
