I get it. Like the "I NEED CASH NOW" advertisement I see on TV all the time. I wonder if STLK insiders sold related party notes to Tarpon and are now watching Tarpon destroy the share structure of the company? That would really be a scummy tactic, but not beyond some tactics I've seen to steal from share holders.
The discussion on that board was about who held the current convertible notes. The 10Q showed only 1 related party note and a whole list of convertible notes further into the 10Q. One of the posters was trying to convince that the convertible notes were held by the members of the BOD. Would not those notes be shown on the 10Q as "Related Party Notes", if held by BOD Members or Company Officers? That was basically the question being discussed there.
