1. Amend our amended and restated articles of incorporation to change our corporate name from Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company, Inc. to Remark Pictures, Inc., and

2. Amend our amended and restated articles of incorporation to increase our authorized capital stock from 2,010,000,000 to 3,010,000,000 shares.

We anticipate that the above actions will become effective on or about October 23, 2014.
