Your kidding right.....if you were to read the filings you would see on Page F-14 convertible notes payable of the latest 10q shown the death spiral toxic notes. The company is not disclosing who the loan sharks are.......shame on Jose Pee Quiros.


To say any of these notes are held by anyone on the BOD is absurd and incorrect.


Come on Rich, the filings have been available for viewing since the 19th of August......surprised you didn't see them.
