This story is sounding a lot like what happened with LP when PTQ bought the rights out from under the group that THOUGHT they had the rights to it also. Remember that deal.

They did the same thing, tried to say they were the rightful owners of the concession, tried to have it taken to court and in the end PTQ took it from them.

The question that needs to be answered from what I know is was there a time factor involved in PTQ getting work started at LP? If there was then they missed that time line, as usual, and the next player is in line to get their shot at it. It stands to reason that Andalusia wants someone in place that will commence work there asap. That would mostly likely not be PTQ.

What have they done to date. Nothing.
