The terms look pretty darn visible and easy

to understand on the VisualWebtools.com site...

http://www.visualwebtools.com/site/VWT_Terms.html

Spent an hour or so on the slopappa.com site

trying to figure out what a similar monthly

service might cost...After getting past buying

a domain name it became hard to figure what

web page development fees or 100% support might

add up to in cost...

And just not inspired enough to develop a page

and try some support requests for a month to get

a grasp on a similar comparison that VisualWebtools

services offered at a flat monthly fee...

Already had an idea that a savior of penny PWEB

followers would bring up the terms disclosure

topic and tried to find an easy comparison...

PWEB may not beat the 400K or so comp to the

year ago quarter with recent completed quarter...

Or they might whup that comp like they were

using a big stick...

That is why folks review filings when they do

get released in a timly manner...

The critics who have some fond reason to

save folks aren't getting IntelliPay cheap

if the shareholders have a say in it, IMO...LJ
