Killtoy--that is the way it should work but does not always. The exec s have lined their pockets already and the BOD gets shares every three months for free. In my experience this is what I have seen. The shares or options are awarded usually based on level (mg director vp) and years of service. eg mgr gets 10k shares vp gets 20k both vested after 1 or 2 or more years. Typically, if they get their performance reviews and get a rating of fair or good or outstanding -- in any case they keep their shares. Again, this is what happened at several companies I worked for and may be different for ACTC but I doubt it. Performance usually reflects promotions, salary increases and bonus but not shares awarded. imo
