On the proxy there is "TO APPROVE THE ADVANCED CELL TECHNOLOGY, INC. 2014 STOCK OPTION AND INCENTIVE PLAN" correct me if im wrong but voting yes to this would only benefit them if they completed milestones & moved the PPS up right?
