Your logic is sound but there are other factors that must be examined. The mm's often "paint the tape" with blocks at a low bid price to scare investors or daytraders into selling shares. MM's do not like to hold inventory unless they are very sure, "inside info" that something positive is coming from the company. MM's basic job and where they earn their keep is to encourage trading. Manipulation is part of this "game".

IR person said that only one caller, to date, was not a long term investor looking to exit in the $3 to $5 area was the average opinion. I also note that the blocks being traded are equal in size, that sets off bells. The question also arises why would someone sell @ 22 cents now when just a while back they could have been unloading at 5 to 10 more. Not getting any news on SEC filings or web site news does not carry any weight in my opinion. There are too many positives investing in a China related company. A little GCC news would not hurt.
