Hi Chief:

IMO the asking price is meaningless...every time someone buys a little they raise it ridiculously....

I would suggest the only signal of anything positive coming is when the bid is raised and it stays at a higher level...

e.g. a few weeks ago when it went up from around .10 to its current level....

my guess is that it did so on speculation that the website and sec filings were really coming....

I would also guess that it will stay here for a little while, and then drift lower again if in fact there is no specific performance within a reasonable time frame....
