i don't know what the demand was for shares back in march

Well there was 60 million shares traded over two days in March so I would say there were ATM shares to be sold to somebody. I guess whoever works with pphm didn't want shares at that price so Lytle didn't sell any. Who works for who? Lytle has shown to not have great timing when it comes to selling ATM shares. I wonder if that is a coincidence?
