i don't know what the demand was for shares back in march. PL probably had a handle on demand before they did the deal so one can't speculate on how many shares could have been sold at x price. history has shown that PL tops off the tank when conditions allow. one thing i got out of the cc is that bavi should be in many more trials which takes cash. imo the company does not have the resources. i had several email conversations with dr. PT over the years on the same subject ie bavi development is hampered by lack of resources.
