I think it's possible that your perspective is skewed by your love of art.

The idea of reproducing works of art that are unaffordable to the average person and marketing them seems doable to me.

Remember, even $500 is a lot of money to most Americans to spend on a sculpture.

We always seem to run into the same wall Janice - you think the project is doomed because it's not "real" art and therefore the idea is inherently bad. [My words, not yours]

I think the idea is a good one, though I don't necessarily think Michella can/will pull it off. But I don't think the 'quality' of the art is an issue.

Is the Franklin Mint a feasible business idea? How about the Bradford plate collection?

It doesn't take a "Gina Bologna" to develop a money maker.
