Not sure I understand the decrease in revs being attributed to ISO certification? What is the change in deliverables? Can you explain that to me or what you think it means? In my opinion if something as easy (time consuming but not hard) as ISO certification inhibits your companies ability to continue with its sales/ rev potential, you have a serious problem. Not bashing- honest questions.
