why wait to see how well MS performs at marketing, manufacturing, distribution and driving sales? They are idea guys primarily that could very well do a great job of the rest of it with Joe. But if I know this thing works now (and they do...they've known for awhile IMO) and I have a company that lives and breathes off of doing all those functions for the products I sell and I have a $50B war chest just to buy little guys, then why would I wait to pay 5B when I can have it now for 500M. And Joe is sitting there waiting for them to walk in the door and have a seat...."we've been expecting you"!
