That proxy vote will definitely raise some eye-brows. With no news available and the stock at a one-year low, either you can see it as a buying oppurtunity or a sign to run for the hills.

Faith in management is quickly dying, but knowing that big names are behind this company is keeping me from walking away. No pump, just a gut feeling that things are not as dire as the share price shows. Hoping for a nice run-up soon...GLTA.
