No audited financials although promised a year ago, a dividend that isn't free cash but unaudited assets transferred from one side of the ledger to the other, massive dilution, lots of preferred shares and stagnant revenues and profits. Make no mistake about it, the only chance this has for uplisting is moving all assets to the divvy stock ticker or a huge R/S.
