On Dilution my thoughts:
ave daily vol over 30 days as shown on the OTC 13,429,096 x 30 days would be 4092872880 that looks like 409.3 million shares traded on ave for the month...IS THAT DILUTION?
It is true on a day to day it doesn't seem to have th at much dilution...but then when you take a single month in account then to me it does.
On shorting also from the OTC.

So I admit that I don't fully know what that shorting data means...so go to OTC and see for yourself.
You decide for yourself if the stock is being diluted and if there is any shorting going on.
Now for background reason I will say that I currently hold shares in a different stock that trades as of today at .0008 and has only 127 million shares outstanding as opposed to WNTR with 1.3 BILLION outstanding..and a float of 4.5 times more than the outstanding in my stock.
As for dividends....the $1.00 in the 1 for 100 shares of WNTR is only a number. Who knows if it will be even close to a dollar? I think not. imo. However my 3,000 shares makes me hope it will. But let me put forward this thought; lets say the value of GCH depends on the share price of WNTR then trading near .005 when the dividend was announce then that would come out to a possible value on GCHI of of 50 cents but if its backed by this declining stock then the face value of GCHI might come out to only 14 cents...just playing with numbers..but I think the value can be no more than 7 cents. imo.
ITEXT dividend in the 1 for 1000 has no face value at all. They didn't even bother to try to put one on it.
By the way.. If insiders were to dump just in one month 200 million shares(remember the month traded 400 million) they take in 280,000 dollars.....not bad for a single month of pay.......even half that or a quarter that aint bad! I think someone is making money .....but the chart shows that it has not been the share holders. No no no. But someone is. WNTR..HAS BEEN IN A STEADY DECLINE AT LEAST SINCE JUNE. Common sense just tells me there is no worth to GCHI shares most likely Or else everyone smarter than me would have been buying. Just say I may not be the most brite pilot...but I know the clouds is not a good place to fly. Keep it real.There is plenty of fog in WNTR lots of foggy . IMO
