He threatened to kill tapiwa while in court against mabwe over the spoilation issue. Not a very smart move to do while in court in front of the judge!

Furthermore Valentine has threatened numerous other people publicly with violent behavior including me.

If Valentine will make threats to kill somebody in front of a high court judge, what do you think he will do when he's not in court?!

Soon enough the judge will make her decision in favor of mabwe. Then valentine leaves dodge mine and the company get things rolling again. There are millions of dollars in stockpiled material on site which will serve as a capital catalyst to go forward.

It makes no sense for the company to validate reserves with a drilling program right now because it would just fuel valentine into fighting even harder for something that doesn't belong to him.
