Mabwe's investors patiently wait for the court case to resolve soon so they can get back on site to continue operations. Due to the violent nature of Mr. Valentine it is impossible to occupy the mind alongside of him. That is been well documented.

Valentine has threatened to kill the directors of mabwe. It is just not safe for them to be on site at this time.

Let's not forget that since December of last year Valentine has occupied Dodge mine. However he will soon be booted off. His little tactic has been to force the company into a settlement. His tactic backfired on him as the directors refused to do any business with him due to his criminal nature
