$CUBE,...CubeSmart offering 6.5M shares

Taking advantage of a nice run higher for the stock, including a 3.15% gain today (along with a Buy initiation), CubeSmart (NYSE:CUBE) decides to raise some capital with a 6.5M share secondary. The underwriter greenshoe is for another 975K shares
