Because the news ISN'T good. It's equivalent to throwing up a surrender flag. GYST is giving up their big gold claims enchilada to some unknown company (probably another scam--notice the two interested parties are not named) in exchange for some unknown amount in royalties (notice no percentage is named) IF the operations there can even become profitable. GYST certainly never produced a single gram at a profit and the amount they produced is PATHETIC when considering the grandiose 'expectations and anticipations' they stated repeatedly. Don't believe me? Check out what GYST said:

Based on these initial ranges the Company is estimating that the amount of gold on Gorilla could be in excess of 300,000 ounces (or $500,000,000 at current gold prices);

Wowee! Five HUNDRED million DAHLLERZ! Instead, they pull out a couple handfuls of grams each month--at a LOSS!

They are liars and now they're abandoning their 'big enchilada' for some unknown royalty. As usual, the shareholders GET THE SHAFT!

What's left? A rinky dink squirrelly copper operation that they keep calling 'campaigns' as if it were a military operation. It produces a tiny amount of ore and Howarth claims --wait for it-- that there's real gold inside too! He won't tell us how much gold or any details...he just has to scream G-O-O-Ohhhld!!!! and investors blindly rush in.

Only they're not rushing in now, are they? People have figured this one out. SCAM!
