I'm pretty sure that if MP spent $2.5 million on JAMN stock (1/3 of which they've lost in value), then MP thinks that they need JAMN; otherwise, why would they spend the money?
Do you have any facts and figures to back that up? MP is a private company; they don't release sales figures. However, there was a press release at the time of the deal.

Sounds like JAMN is their best seller according to the press release.
They haven't so much proven me wrong as they have been able to get more loans and cash infusions and paying for things with stock rather than cash in order to get by. But they don't want any other person/company to have more than 10% of the company. MP can't buy any more shares according to the last agreement, so where is the money going to come from?
