the info you provided here is excellent, but why not focus for just a moment on how the ticker was listed on the berlin exchange at the top of the asher pump and dump? it's not conjecture, it really happened.

and the CEO charles f. volk does have a bermuda account, all set up to capture those gains.

former CEO anthony john mason (british) was on his way out the door when that little scheme was hatched. he has an interested history with meridian energy on the LSE.

brought in at that same times is david edward thomas pinkman, a canadian lawyer.

WGAS IR had a great story to tell their valued shareholders at every turn. there was always a reason why the toxic debt was "just about to get paid" before key events, like the much ballyhooed court case for their VM-179 asset.

CEO volk ended up getting significant debt relief as settlement for his gulf of mexico asset, but made sure this was announced amid his last reverse split, just in case the market was planning on lifting the stock higher on the news.

interesting how ironridge pops up as tarpon bay. the biggest drop in WGAS pps began with their first ironridge settlement. and these reverse splits were done well before the OS was ever near the AS, meaning they were well ahead of any split of necessity. it's my opinion the splits were done to lever up the downside as shorts took their piece, over and over.

a similar thing happened on FRMC recently (ironridge).

so the toxic debt is only a tiny fraction of the activity with WGAS. that's the legal part. the illegal aspects were the berlin shorting and collusion between those entities and the debt holders.

you also mention the touts on the boards, but were there any of them at all? so many were doing the opposite, as the pps fell. touts weren't necessary the way this deal was set up. they actually got in the way. anyone the least bit bullish on the play were shouted down vigorously.

bulls, and their bid support, were an annoyance to the hired bear-raiders and insiders of WGAS.

imo all of that should be examined.
