That is their plan....but the problem is they were around $2.60's and dropping....it was headed to pennyland without some major gov contract or this.....Now they would have to get back to $2.60 even...It might on a huge bounce but needs to at least hold it...
The shorts would still be all over them which is 30- 40% on this now.
