$TALK .002 here's another suggestion when your deciding whether or not a 10day moving average alert makes sense. Not as a whole, looking at the big picture but just another important part.

I always check http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TALK/profile that is the approx. share count, then try and find last float.

Then of course: http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/talk/historical

Ask yourself: Given outstanding is 91 million, does 21 million traded and no change make sense? There are those who trade that still believe there is a buy for every sell, but far far far.... from the truth, you should know that by now!

Case in point: Look at what happened to SIMH, were you watching on the 7th? Do you think there was average straight up trading leading up to the 1000%+ run? http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/simh/historical
Do you really think from 10.02 there were sellers from .04c all the way down to .015 in 6 trading days right before NEWS? Think about it friends!!! NO F'N Way!

Those who read a buy for every sell need to drastically change their thinking in order [part of a whole], to understand LOADING, and how it makes since given the vast amount of PROMOTIONS!

Promoters talk to the MM/Group
MM/Group talk to Promoters
The SEC is not allowed to open up inner-daily-logs of MM/Group
Another thing... I never look to see which MM is on what side, haven't done that for many years since the discovery of major manipulation. The big picture in front-loading won't make sense if your watching which MM does what!

Now back to TALK, you had 22 million trades on Thursday!
Outstanding Shares 91 million
How the hell can you trade approx. 1/4 of OS, and don't even mention the float and not have that much change?

All above is not a signal to BUY
It's a signal to always check for disparate volume, then match that with prior trading patterns, then match that with SS, always look for MASK trades, hidden trades, but don't put that much emphasis on that, just keep adding up small DD Points and see if you have a pattern going?

Promoters trade by PATTERNS
MM/Group trade by PATTERNS

Promoters seldom front load symbols played on a regular bases.

When you think you've spotted something unusual, that means to me a closer watch if I'm around.. and all during trading hours. If I find a pattern I like... then a small amount of $ may be involved.
